Cedar Creek Productions is a privately owned and operated documentary film company. We are currently working on a feature documentary about Buck Brannaman, a living legend in the horse world. Buck was the inspiration for Nicholas Evans' lead character in his book, The Horse Whisperer, who was later portrayed by Robert Redford in the movie. Transcending all labels in the English and Western riding worlds, this dressage-style cowboy’s approach to natural horsemanship enlightens even the toughest skeptics. Seemingly simple, his profound common sense method takes horsemanship to its highest level. Buck travels the world with his Zen-like wisdom, adding grace and beauty to the bond between horses and humans.
